A good mental health is the condition of being sound mentally and emotionally that is characterized by the absence of mental illness and by adequate amount of adjustment especially as reflected in feeling comfortable about onself, positive feelings about others, and the ability to meet the demands of daily life. Also,the general condition of one’s mental health and emotional state.
WHO(World Health Organization), a specialized agency of the United Nations is serving as the directing and coordinating authority for the International health matter and public free health checkup.
Experts say we all have the possibility to develop mental health issues, no matter who it is, how old or young you are Rich or Poor, Male or Female or which ethnic group you belong to.
Anything can affect from daily basis of life, like our relationship and physical health problems. Mental health also include to live a better life in a balance of mind activity and achieve psychological suppleness.
Mental health includes our spiritual, psychological and social well-being. It overwhelms what we think, feel and act how we hold stress, relate to other, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood to teenager through adulthood till death.
Over the journey of your life if your mental health gets worse, you may face other complications like mood swings, behaviour effects of stress and brain disorder, anxiety disorder, Schizophrenia. Also, drug addiction in an early age can affect one’s mental health.
Some of the symptoms of poor mental health in an early age are :-

* Feeling as if nothing matters
* Steadily energy getting low
* Sleeping or eating too much or too little

There are also people who take correct treatment at the right time. It is important to know that what implies on one person may not imply on another; this is particularly in case of mental health.
Some plans that you use in order to achieve something or medical care to cure an illness or injury are more successful when integrated with others. A person constantly recurring mental disorder may decide different possibilities at different stages of their life. Most experts say that a determined patient is capable of curing their own disease with whatever treatment suits them the best.
So, basically talk and think positive about the good things that makes you or somebody else feel hopeful and confident.
